Is a dunk tank worth it?Updated a day ago
Reclaiming screens doesn't have to mean endless scrubbing, aching muscles, and hours in the washout booth. With the right tools and process, you can turn one of the most time-consuming jobs in the shop into one of the easiest.
The Dunk Tank (also known as a Dip Tank) takes the hard work out of reclaiming screens. Simply submerge your screens in the reclaiming solution, let them soak for a few minutes, and then rinse them clean with a pressure washer. The soak does the heavy lifting, making emulsion removal faster, easier, and requiring far less scrubbing. That means less wear on your screens, reducing the risk of damaging or tearing the mesh while extending the life of your screens.
