A freight forwarder is a third-party company that helps arrange and manage the transportation of goods from a manufacturer, supplier, or warehouse to the final destination. Freight forwarders coordinate shipping logistics, which may include arranging carriers, handling documentation, managing customs requirements, and organizing international shipments.

Customers who require a freight forwarder are responsible for researching, selecting, and setting up an account with a freight forwarding company that meets their shipping needs. Once a freight forwarder has been selected, we can coordinate shipment delivery to that company’s location.

Please note that we can only guarantee the shipment’s condition and delivery up to the point where it is received by the freight forwarder. Once the shipment has been accepted by the freight forwarder, any loss, damage, or additional transportation arrangements become the responsibility of the customer and/or the freight forwarder.

Important: Always inspect your shipment carefully before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If there is any visible damage, it must be documented on the BOL before signing for the shipment. Many manufacturers and vendors are unable to honor damage claims if the damage was not noted at the time of delivery.
